HTML PDF Markup Module

PDF Automation Server provides a module to enable markup of PDF documents in the browser.  PAS can convert documents to HTML on-the-fly and can serve them to an HTML/Javascript module in the browser that allows end users to navigate and add and edit annotations on the PDF.  On save, markups are sent back to the server to merge back into the PDF document.

Batch Jobs Module

PAS can receive documents in various formats from multiple sources concurrently, including email, ftp servers and local or network folders. Processes can then be defined independently for each document source to perform a number of functions on the documents, including conversion, data merging, assembly, encryption, printing, preflighting and more.

Integration with Orchestration Platforms through REST

All workflow servers can easily integrate with PDF Automation Server through its REST API module.  Most enterprise software provide modules to handle workflows which can make REST calls to external services.  With PDF Automation Server you can add PDF functionality to your document processes.  Additionally, there are a number of software products, such as ESB and BPM servers whose sole function is to run workflows.  These servers can make calls to 3rd party systems through REST APIs, including making calls to our PDF Automation Server.
