PDF/UA Validation Node
The PDF/UA Validation node (User Accessibility) provides PDF/A preflight and compliance verification to ensure the document meets user accessible compliances defined by ISO 14289 PDF standards. Once verification is complete the results or report can be appended to the document. The document will be routed based on whether or not the verification passes or fails.

On Fail
Add comments to document: When checked, will add an annotation for each preflight error with the details of the error in the annotation comment
Append report to document: When checked, appends a Preflight Results report to the end of the document
What is PDF Accessibility
PDF Accessibility (typically called PDF/UA which stands for “User Accessibility” or ADA stands for “Americans with Disabilities Act”)means the PDF document contains features that make it more accessible for people with disabilities, such as mobility impairments, blindness, and low vision.

ADA Compliance

PDF/UA and ADA Compliance is not a separate file-format, but instead uses the PDF format and features invented by Adobe Systems to ensure documents are accessible to all users.
