Flatten Fields

The Flatten Fields tab is used when flattening fields in PDF interactive forms. The option available when flattening fields are as follow:

• Paint Buttons - Check this box to paint button fields in the output flattened PDF document.
• Paint Non Printable Fields - Check this box to paint non printable fields in the output flattened PDF document.
• Print the Source PDF Document - Use this section to print the source PDF document as part of processing it.
• Change the Output File Name - Use this section to change the name of the output PDF file (the base name is the source PDF file name).
• Save the Output File to a Folder - Use this section to save the output PDF file to a folder.
• Post the Output File using FTP - Use this section to send the output PDF file to an FTP server.
• Send the Output File in an E-Mail - Use this section to send the output PDF file by e-mail
